Promo Assets
Cortex provides the capability to deliver bespoke content to a user based on a range of rules, such as their location or language, or selected personal attributes, such as their age, which team they support, previous purchase history or whether or not they are a season ticket holder.
A promo asset can be called using an embed code, in which case it is displayed in a pre-set format. Alternatively, using the headless integration option, it can be tailored to the design of your choice.
Note: This service was renamed in July 2024. Previously, it was known as personalised content, and sometimes referred to with the initialism PCB. Both PCB and personalised content are deprecated terms.
