SSO Email Logs

What is it?

Email Logs show all SSO‑related emails sent to a particular fan, including:

  • Verification Email
  • Reset Email Request
  • Reset Password Link / Reset Password
  • Account Locked
  • Junior/junior+guardian flows
  • MFA email codes/links
  • Ticketing transfer emails (where integrated)

How to use it in support

“I didn’t receive the email”:

Confirm:

  • An email of the expected type exists.
  • Sent timestamp.
  • “From” and “To” fields.
  • Delivery status (delivered, bounced, deferred).

Use this to distinguish:

  • Not sent (config/flow issue) vs
  • Sent but bounced (SendGrid/recipient issue) vs
  • Delivered but not seen (spam/junk).

Check repeated resets or suspicious activity:

  • Many reset emails in a short period may indicate a compromised account or an attacker knowing the email address.
