Completes a pending account link using the verification code emailed to the account holder. This endpoint is public so that the link can be confirmed from an email client without an access token.

400The verification code is malformed or the link can no longer be established.

404No pending account link matches the given verification code, or it has expired.

409The ticketing account has since been linked to another SSO user.
