Cancel/Delete File Import

Applies a JSON Patch (RFC 6902) to a file import record. Only replace operations on /status are supported, with permitted values of Cancelled (to cancel a pending import) or Deleted (to remove all data imported into the CDP for the specified record). After a successful patch, an import event is published to RabbitMQ.
