Returns the ticket transfer requests the authenticated user sent, plus (unless the client configuration sets queryTransferRequestsOnlyBySender) those they have already accepted as the receiver. Transfers created by the v2 bulk flow carry no receiver until they are accepted, so a recipient cannot discover a pending offer here: they look it up with the shared code via GET /v2/transfers/code/{code} instead. Ordered by identifier.
