Paginated listing of the client's preference catalogue (the definitions, not per-user selections). Use this to sync the catalogue into downstream systems.
Query parameters

size | Page size. |
sort | Comma-separated sort expressions, e.g. key:asc. |
keys | Comma-separated preference keys to filter by. |
from | RFC 3339 timestamp. Only returns preferences whose lastModified is at or after this time. Must not be in the future. |
deprecated | Include deprecated preferences. |
