AWS Global Outage Updates:

9am: There is a global AWS outage that is affecting some internal business operations. Cortex product services are currently unaffected, though this may change as the outage progresses. We will continue to update this page and communicate to clients as we know further. Please note, some of your third parties may also be impacted.

10:15am: We will be making rolling updates via our changelog which you can find here. Please report any concerns regarding Cortex products via your support services.

11:17am: Amazon are reporting recovery across many services; this reduces the likely impact of issues on the Cortex services. Live Amazon updates can be found here, and we will continue to update this page as required.

12:11pm: AWS are now reporting recovery across most affected features. Cortex internal services and products are running as expected, no downtime has been experienced across the platform.
